Are you someone who enjoys understanding how a business works, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and translating ideas into practical solutions?

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology team at Goodwood. This is a newly created role that will play a key part in a number of exciting projects, including a new CRM implementation, Property Management System replacement, Business Central/ERP upgrade and ongoing Microsoft 365 development.

Working closely with teams across the business, you'll help shape the way our systems and processes support the unique experiences we deliver across the Estate.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Business Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between the business and Technology, ensuring systems and processes are aligned with the needs of our teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering, documenting and prioritising business requirements
  • Mapping current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Designing future ways of working alongside stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting major systems projects and implementations
  • Working with suppliers and implementation partners to identify the right solutions
  • Supporting data migration activities, including mapping and validation
  • Evaluating new technologies, including AI capabilities within business systems
  • Building strong relationships across Goodwood and helping drive successful user adoption
  • Ensure long term value is delivered from system implementation through alignment with commercial and UX objectives

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent people skills.

You'll have:

  • Prior experience in a Senior Business Analyst role supporting systems change or transformation projects
  • Strong requirements gathering and business process mapping experience
  • Experience designing architecture diagrams and mapping relationships between systems
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers and technology partners
  • An understanding of data migration and systems implementation projects
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and its use within business environments
  • Experience using AI tools to support analysis, documentation or process improvement activities
  • A full manual driving licence
