Senior Business Analyst (Digital Transformation)

Location: Fort Dunlop, Birmingham (3 Days in office)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll take ownership of initiatives from concept through to delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end business analysis activities across multiple projects
  • Facilitating workshops and gathering business and technical requirements
  • Producing business cases, impact assessments, and process maps
  • Translating business needs into clear deliverables for technical teams
  • Supporting project delivery and change implementation
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and process optimisation
  • Managing stakeholder relationships at all levels across the organisation

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst who enjoys operating across both strategic and delivery-focused initiatives.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Business Analysis across technology and business change projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working on digital transformation, automation, data, or AI-related initiatives
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience producing business cases, requirements documentation, and process improvements
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
