Compliance & Financial Crime Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid - 2 days in Northampton Office
Requirements
- Should have prior experience as a business analyst delivering regulatory change, control remediation, or risk reduction initiatives within a regulated banking environment.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, producing clear user stories with acceptance criteria, defining project scope, and maintaining end-to-end traceability.
- Strong capabilities in documenting As-Is and To-Be workflows, conducting gap analyses, identifying control weaknesses, and supporting operational readiness.
- Domain experience in the Financial Services & Cards domain, focusing on Financial Crime Compliance, regulatory change, KYC, AML, Sanctions, and Customer Onboarding.
- Strong ability to act as a bridge between Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams during solution development, testing, and defect triage.
- Proficiency or familiarity with enterprise collaboration and modeling tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and workflow analysis software.
