Help us create a better future, quicker
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across our Broadband business. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, lead meaningful change, and help shape the future of broadband services through data-driven insights and stakeholder collaboration.
What you’ll be doing
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analysing performance, monitoring broadband-related activity, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will provide insightful reporting, detailed analysis, and practical recommendations to support broadband installation and service performance.
You will lead the transformation of complex datasets into actionable business intelligence, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry requirements while enabling informed decision-making across the organisation. By tracking key performance indicators and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, you will help drive improvements across customer journeys, operational processes, and service delivery standards.
This role requires a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, working across multiple functions including Broadband Operations, Customer Services, Billing, Compliance, Data & MI, and Transformation teams. You will also manage relationships with external broadband delivery partners and service providers, ensuring contractual obligations are met and customer expectations remain at the centre of every decision.
Alongside your analytical expertise, you will contribute to capability development by supporting training initiatives, promoting the use of digital and AI-enabled learning tools, and ensuring knowledge and governance standards are maintained. You will be expected to assess operational performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, manage business risks, and recommend solutions that support both customer satisfaction and commercial objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
