Senior Business Analyst – London Markets

💰 £450 per day (Inside IR35)
📍London/Norwich/York/Edinburgh/Perth/Bristol (2 days per week onsite)
📅 8-12 Month Contract

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong London Market Insurance expertise to join a major transformation programme for a leading financial services client. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with 8+ years' experience delivering complex change initiatives across the London Market, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers and QA teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Gather, analyse and prioritise business and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across business and technology teams.
  • Produce BRDs, FRS documents, process maps, use cases and user stories.
  • Analyse current processes and recommend future-state improvements.
  • Work closely with solution architects, developers and QA teams throughout delivery.
  • Support UAT planning, execution and business validation.
  • Drive process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the programme.

  • 8–10 years' Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong London Market Insurance experience.
  • Experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process modelling and documentation experience.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and financial services environments is desirable.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum/Sprint
  • Knowledge on data analysis
  • Good presentation skills
