In this role, you will play a key part in delivering customer-facing, enterprise-wide initiatives within our global Investor Engagement team, including product integration, platform consolidation, and the continued evolution of our ingage IR platform.
As an experienced Business Analyst, you will bring deep expertise in eliciting, analysing, documenting, and validating business requirements, helping us build and enhance a new and exciting business line while ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs, product objectives, and technology delivery.
This position sits within a cross-functional Agile delivery team focused on creating customer-oriented solutions. Working closely with business leaders, clients, product managers, designers, and engineers, you will act as a communicator, facilitator, and problem solver, driving collaboration, process improvement, and the successful delivery of business value.
Role
Why would you choose this role when there are other Senior Business Analyst roles in the market? Well, there are a few things that make this role stand out:
- A unique opportunity to help integrate multiple entities, products, and data streams to support the growth of a new and strategically important business line.
- We offer continuous learning and education opportunities and put emphasis on continued improvement and growth.
A role you will love
You will work closely with Product Managers, key stakeholders, Customer Experience Designers, and Engineering teams to shape solutions that improve user experiences and deliver measurable business outcomes. Acting as the bridge between business and technology teams, you will facilitate collaboration, support solution design, testing, and implementation activities, and provide leadership through clear communication and stakeholder engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
