Overview
Expleo is seeking an experienced Senior ERP Business Analyst to support a major ERP transformation programme focused on replacing an existing Oracle ERP platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role will play a critical part in the discovery and analysis phase, working closely with Finance, IT, operational stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to define business requirements and establish the foundations for a successful ERP implementation.
The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of finance process expertise, ERP transformation experience, and structured business analysis skills. They will be responsible for understanding complex business operations, challenging existing processes, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and producing high-quality documentation to support programme governance, procurement, and solution design activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews across Finance, Procurement, Asset Management, Operations, and IT teams.
- Document current Oracle ERP modules, business owners, user groups, and business processes.
- Produce end-to-end process maps covering key finance processes including Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Fixed Assets, Order-to-Cash, and related processes.
- Analyse user roles, security models, delegated financial authorities, and approval workflows.
- Catalogue all integrations, interfaces, and data flows between Oracle and connected systems.
- Create a comprehensive inventory of reports, dashboards, and management information requirements.
- Assess master data structures including Chart of Accounts, supplier, customer, asset, and project master data.
- Identify customisations, workarounds, spreadsheets, and manual processes currently operating outside the ERP platform.
- Document financial controls, compliance requirements, audit needs, and segregation-of-duties controls.
- Facilitate fit-gap analysis between current capabilities and future Business Central requirements.
- Develop prioritised business requirements and recommendations for the ERP replacement programme.
- Produce clear and professional discovery outputs suitable for project governance and procurement activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
