Senior Business Analyst [Operations], Asset Manager, London [Onsite]

We are working with a specialist asset manager, with a long track record of performance, that is looking to hire a senior business analyst to support operations through a period of extensive transformation.

In this role, the hire will look to identify inefficiencies across trade support, settlements, reconciliations, etc. with the aim to deliver process improvements, system enhancements, as well as reducing manual workflow through automation and better operational visibility through data and KPIs.

Acting as the bridge between Operations and Technology, they will gather requirements from operational teams, translate them into technology and process change initiatives, and oversee delivery through solution design, testing and stakeholder management. The role also plays a key part in strengthening operational controls, improving reporting frameworks, and evaluating automation and AI-enabled capabilities where they can add value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
