Senior Business Analyst

Walton Park | Personal Contract (dependent on skills and qualifications)

Full-time

SGN is undergoing a major transformation – and we need experienced Business Analysts to help lead the way.

As a Senior BA, you’ll operate at the heart of complex, high-value programmes, shaping strategy, guiding teams, and ensuring we deliver the right outcomes for the business and our customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading end-to-end analysis across large, complex initiatives
  • Shaping the approach to business analysis and setting direction
  • Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across the organisation
  • Driving options analysis, business cases, and strategic decision-making
  • Leading process improvement and transformation initiatives
  • Coaching and mentoring other BAs, helping grow our community
