Salary: £80-90K

Location: Woking

Working Pattern: Hybrid

About the Role

We are representing a confidential client seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of technology change across supply chain, planning and manufacturing operations. You will work with business partners, technology teams, suppliers and delivery teams to turn complex business needs into clear requirements, functional specifications, test plans and practical process improvements.

This Senior Business Analyst role will suit someone who enjoys combining hands-on business analysis with leadership, stakeholder management and process improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation and prioritisation for complex change initiatives.
  • Support planning, manufacturing and quality management applications, including SAP-related process change.
  • Act as workstream lead on large projects, or lead smaller projects and major business changes.
  • Design and improve business processes, supporting UAT, training and adoption.
  • Lead, coach and coordinate Business Analysts, functional consultants and matrix project teams.

What You Will Need

  • 5-8 years’ Business Analysis experience across Waterfall and Agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of BA methods, tools, requirements management and process design.
  • Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP, or similar ERP / planning applications.
  • Supply chain, planning, S&OP, manufacturing, quality management or MES experience.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, suppliers and technical delivery teams.
  • A track record of delivering business-critical technology or application change.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing or complex supply chain environments.
  • Exposure to EDI, SAP Ariba, Order-to-Invoice, Exceedra or sales promotion tools.
  • Experience with AI-enabled solutions or capabilities.
  • Business Analysis qualification.
