Senior Business Analyst (Digital eProcurement Transformation)

Contract: 12 Months

Location: London (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation programme focused on modernising procurement, contract management, reporting and governance processes through a new enterprise platform.

Working closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders and delivery teams, you will play a key role in translating business objectives into practical solutions, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritised and successfully delivered. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-profile transformation initiative that will improve operational efficiency, transparency, reporting and user experience across a complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse and document business requirements supporting the transformation of procurement, tendering, contract management, reporting and governance processes.
  • Work with procurement, operational and technology stakeholders to define future-state processes, user journeys, workflows and business rules.
  • Develop functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria for a new enterprise procurement and contract management platform.
  • Support product backlog management, prioritisation and sprint planning activities, ensuring requirements are aligned to business value and delivery priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement oversight, contract monitoring, reporting capabilities and user experience through technology-enabled solutions.
  • Define and validate acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement across procurement, business, data and technology teams.
  • Support release planning, go-live readiness, business adoption and change management activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of business-critical capabilities.
  • Support the implementation of integrated reporting and data management solutions that improve transparency, governance and decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
