Senior Business Analyst - CRM - Marketing Transformation - MarTech - 12 Month FTC
12 month FTC role
Remote Working - Ad-hoc travel when required
Salary up to £75,000 per Annum + Benefits
The Role
You will lead Business Analysis across our Marketing & Digital programme. You will deliver initiatives spanning CRM, customer acquisition, customer journeys, and marketing technology, helping shape the future of client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across complex Marketing & Digital transformation programmes.
- Gather, analyse and define business requirements and future-state processes.
- Shape customer journeys, CRM and digital platform improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder engagement, and build consensus.
- Provide strategic advice on priorities, solution options, and business change.
- Mentor Business Analysts and ensure high-quality analysis throughout delivery.
- Early programme/Concept/Idea stages through to Define.

About You
- Proven Business Analysis experience within large-scale business or technology transformation programmes.
- Looking for someone who has delivered multi projects simultaneously, or workstreams of a larger programme concurrently.
- Experience leading the Analysis across a Team of BA's
- Experience delivering Marketing, CRM, MarTech, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on throughout delivery.
- Collaborative, analytical, and confident influencing senior stakeholders.
