Business Analyst, wealth platform transformation, long-term contract
A long-term contract opportunity on a major platform transformation programme in wealth management. The end client is a top-tier financial services group.
The programme covers a multi-year build across core banking and adjacent digital and portfolio platforms. AI-supported ways of working are standard across the delivery lifecycle.
The role
- Define future-state business processes and operating model elements within a domain such as banking, payments, treasury, client servicing or financial crime compliance
- Capture, analyse and document business and data requirements, process flows and solution options
- Design and run workshops, write user stories and secure design sign-off, including configuration design
- Support testing and UAT through to go-live and handover into business as usual
- Apply AI and automation tools across the analysis lifecycle, maintaining traceability from requirements through configuration, testing and go-live

What we're looking for
- Strong business analysis track record on transformation programmes
- Wealth management experience
- Temenos experience essential; familiarity with adjacent digital channel and portfolio management systems an advantage
- Delivery on large-scale business and platform transformation or replatforming programmes
- Payments or financial crime compliance domain depth is of particular interest
- Vendor and multi-supplier delivery environments
- Evidenced productivity gains from AI and automation tools in BA work
