Role: Senior Business Analyst

Salary: £80,000-£100,000 DoE (+ discretionary annual bonus of up to 7.5%)

Location: Hybrid – London 2 days per week (Farringdon)

The Opportunity:

Our client, an innovative technology business operating within the healthcare and life sciences sector, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join its growing team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping solutions that meet business needs, working closely with senior stakeholders, Developers, Testers, and wider cross-functional teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle.

This isn't a traditional Business Analyst role. Alongside leading requirements gathering and solution design, you'll coordinate Agile ceremonies, lead a small team of Developers, and help improve standards and ways of working across the wider delivery function. You'll also work closely with senior leadership to develop prototypes that help bring requirements to life, giving Developers and Testers a much clearer understanding of how proposed solutions should look and operate.

This role would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail of complex technical problems and wants the opportunity to have a genuine influence over both solutions and delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Solution Design

  • Lead business analysis activities across projects and initiatives
  • Elicit, analyse and challenge business requirements to uncover underlying business needs
  • Produce clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  • Use Gherkin-style acceptance criteria where appropriate
  • Develop solution designs and supporting analysis documentation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
