Salary: £55,176, plus London Allowance of £3,612 if applicable
About the Role
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for investigating and analysing complex user-needs and business requirements for large projects, serving as a critical link across multiple multidisciplinary teams. This role drives the delivery of outcomes aligned with strategic OKRs, manages and influences senior stakeholders, and involves line managing and mentoring other business analyst(s).

- Significant analytical and problem-solving experience, with a strong track record of identifying root causes and leveraging data and evidence to develop, deliver, and iterate requirements, problem scenarios, and user stories in collaboration with clients, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both user and organisational needs.
- Experience in applying robust quantitative analysis and modeling to determine assumptions, costs, and benefits, then translates this evidence into compelling solution options and formal documentation.
- Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling the clear explanation of complex concepts to diverse audiences and the successful influence of senior stakeholders.

Flexible Working
We’re a flexible employer, so this role may suit anyone who’d prefer a flexible arrangement to help their work/life balance, many of our colleagues spend most of their time working remotely. Whilst we prefer a blended approach between a local office, if one is near you, and home we’re open to being flexible on location, occasionally a role may require you to be based in a certain location if that's the case it will be detailed in the advert or job description. This can be discussed in more detail during your interview.
Location
The National Citizens Advice operates from offices in England and Wales, with 4 regional offices based in Cardiff, London, Birmingham and Leeds, therefore all successful applicants must be based within England or Wales.
