The Role
This role is a fantastic opportunity to deliver strategic and cross-cutting analysis spanning Rightmove’s product domains and business functions, and to drive and coordinate the delivery of this work end-to-end.
You will work as part of the central Programmes & Analysis team, specialising in providing analysis and delivery support across all areas of the business, helping to assess opportunities, shape decisions, solve problems, and make things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with business stakeholders at all levels across the business, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality analysis, as well as stepping in to provide light-touch Project Management where required.
- You could be asked to assess a new product opportunity in one area, find the root cause of an issue impacting multiple business areas, or dive into multiple sources of data to answer some urgent questions.
- You will be developing a broad understanding of Rightmove’s business model, organisational structure, and technical architecture, leveraging knowledge from other team members.
- You will work with representatives from all areas of the business, including Sales teams, Finance teams, People teams, Operational teams, and teams throughout Product Development, building rapport and deepening your understanding with every interaction.
- You will produce deliverables to suit multiple audiences – from detailed analysis to compelling and engaging presentations, to focused Executive summaries, project plans, and RAID Logs.
- You will move comfortably from high-level strategic activity to detailed technical analysis to delivery planning, sometimes in a single day.
- You will also be helping to develop and shape the Business Analysis practice, driving high standards, and coaching and mentoring less experienced team members.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Believes strongly in the value that Business Analysis adds.
- Can independently manage and deliver standalone pieces of work, balancing quality analysis with light-touch Project Management.
- Is proactive and outcome-focused.
- Loves solving problems and identifying innovative solutions.
- Is curious, asks great questions, and is always looking to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and is able to communicate complex or technical concepts in easily understandable ways, tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Thrives within a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment.
- Shares Rightmove’s values and is excited about helping others make their move.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
