Senior Business Analyst – Business Transformation
Contract | 4-6 Months Initially | Inside IR35 | £600–£650 per day
We are looking for experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a high-profile Financial Services internal remediation programme. This role focuses on investigating complex business issues, identifying root causes, improving processes, and delivering sustainable business change across operational and people-focused functions.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll partner with stakeholders to challenge existing processes, optimise ways of working, and support remediation initiatives that improve operational performance and strengthen business controls. Experience supporting HR transformation or organisational change programmes is highly desirable.

- Working Pattern: On-site Tuesday and Wednesday every other week
- IR35: Inside IR35
- Rate: £600–£650 per day

What We're Looking For
We're seeking inquisitive, analytical Business Analysts who are comfortable working with ambiguity and confident challenging existing processes. You'll be experienced in uncovering underlying issues, producing evidence-based recommendations, and driving continuous improvement across business operations.

- Extensive Business Analysis experience within Financial Services.
- Experience delivering remediation, business transformation, or operational improvement programmes.
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience analysing and optimising end-to-end business processes.
- Experience supporting HR transformation, organisational change, or people-focused transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to deliver business-led change rather than purely technology-driven projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver at pace in complex environments.
