As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll operate across a diverse portfolio of business and technology initiatives, partnering with stakeholders from across the organisation to identify opportunities, define outcomes, and deliver lasting value.
You'll also lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, helping to build a high-performing BA community where collaboration, curiosity and continuous improvement thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading business analysis activities across strategic change initiatives.
- Partnering with stakeholders at all levels to understand business needs and shape future solutions.
- Facilitating engaging workshops and discovery sessions that drive clarity and alignment.
- Translating complex challenges into clear requirements, recommendations and actionable outcomes.
- Supporting business case development, benefits realisation and decision-making.
- Coaching and mentoring Business Analysts to help them grow and develop.
- Championing best practice and continuously improving the Business Analysis capability across the organisation.
- Building strong relationships across Product, Technology and Operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, collaborative and passionate about making a difference.
You'll Likely Bring
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst within a complex organisation.
- Experience leading, mentoring or developing other Business Analysts.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- The ability to influence decisions through insight, evidence and effective storytelling.
- Experience working across large-scale business and technology change initiatives.
- A strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and modern ways of working.
- A passion for continuous improvement and delivering value.
