About the Role

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a large, well-established professional services organisation, who are in the middle of a major overhaul of how it attracts, converts and supports clients - and they need someone who's led at scale before to help shape it.

This is a genuinely meaty transformation role, not a "keep the lights on" BA seat. You'll sit within the CIO's change function, leading business analysis across a complex Marketing & Digital programme that touches CRM, MarTech, digital platforms and customer acquisition. The business has around 30 different tools in play at fairly early maturity, so there's real scope to bring structure and direction rather than just tuning what's already there. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, including board-level, so this suits someone who's comfortable holding their own in a room as much as they are in the detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong evidence of scale and complexity - multi-project delivery against significant budgets, not single smaller-scale pieces of work
  • Experience in marketing transformation, CRM or MarTech environments
  • Confidence engaging and challenging senior and board-level stakeholders
  • A track record of leading analysis across large business or technology change programmes

The role comes with a genuinely people-focused line manager who's actively building a team for the long term, and this programme has real runway - think two to three years of transformation with scope well beyond the initial contract term.
