SThree are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team on a permanent basis, based in Glasgow.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, translate challenges into clear requirements, and lead the end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements. What you’ll be doing
- Work with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Act as Product Owner for key initiatives, managing and prioritising the product backlog.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Shape and communicate product vision and roadmaps.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of features working with developers, designers, QA, and more.
- Analyse product performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Champion the voice of the customer through research and continuous feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement across product and delivery processes.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or in a similar role.
- Proven delivery within Agile / Scrum environments.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into actionable outputs.
- Experience managing product backlogs and developing or influencing product roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
- Experience working closely with UX/UI teams, developers, and cross-functional squads.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certifications
