We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation programme that will play a key role in supporting business migration and takeback activity over the coming years.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and meaningful change, helping to shape how the business operates while gaining exposure to strategic projects, senior stakeholders using modern ways of working, including practical use of AI tools to support analysis, collaboration and delivery.
You'll join a collaborative environment where curiosity, initiative and a passion for solving problems are highly valued.
About The Role
- Gathering, eliciting and documenting business requirements.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- Building strong relationships across a wide range of business areas.
- Supporting business and process change initiatives.
- Translating complex requirements into clear and actionable outputs.
- Working with colleagues to deliver migration, transformation and improvement activities.
- Using analytical thinking and curiosity to identify opportunities for improvement.

About You
- Experience working as a Business Analyst on complex business or technology change.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to groups.
- Ability to gather, analyse and document requirements independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence outcomes.
- A curious mindset and willingness to ask the right questions.
- Ideally experience working in Financial Services, Regulated Change or Customer Administration
