Senior Business Analyst (Consultant)

Hybrid - 3 days a week in the Newcastle office
Salary
between £45k - £60k dependent on experience level.
_nology are looking for experienced Business Analysts capable of leading analysis activities across complex programmes, influencing stakeholders and shaping delivery outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Leading requirements and discovery activities
- Defining analysis approaches across complex change initiatives
- Managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Supporting delivery strategy and programme outcomes
- Coaching and mentoring junior analysts
- Driving business analysis best practice

What we're looking for
- Extensive Business Analysis experience
- Strong experience across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery
- Ability to influence business and technology decisions
- Experience leading analysis workstreams or teams
- Strong data, systems and process analysis capabilities
Essential Requirements
