Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join Moneycorp’s Transformation Office. Reporting to the Transformation Lead, you will support the delivery of strategic Payments and FX transformation programs by bringing structure, pace, and analytical rigor to complex cross-functional change.

The role will help create the data, analysis, and governance needed for evidence-based decisions across transformation priorities, including global platform change, US Bank alignment, operational efficiency, regulatory delivery, and operating-model design.

Working closely with Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and external partners, you will translate business priorities into clear requirements, process maps, delivery artefacts, and decision materials. You will support roadmap planning, dependency management, RAID, benefits tracking, and executive reporting across the Transformation Office.

The Senior BA will lead discovery and requirements workshops, produce functional and non-functional specifications, define controls, document data and process impacts, and ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned to agreed outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Maintain a clear view of transformation scope, priorities, dependencies, RAID, and delivery milestones
  • Work closely with programme managers, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and business stakeholders
  • Apply consistent business analysis standards, ensuring requirements, assumptions, baselines, and benefits are clearly documented
  • Prepare structured analysis, options, and recommendations to support leadership decisions and governance forums

Project Scoping for IT Development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
