Senior Business Analyst (CRM) position in Bristol (hybrid) - Up to £65,000 depending on experience plus benefits
A job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst (CRM) to join an international professional services organisation that is based in central Bristol. This role will initially be a 12-month FTC, with the potential to become permanent after this period.
You will join a highly successful and growing Change & Transformation team, taking responsibility for business analysis around a CRM portfolio of work, supporting strategic design, delivering against agreed projects and programmes and ensuring all service objectives/outcomes are met. You will liaise with a range of key senior stakeholders, taking responsibility for requirements elicitation, business case design and the development of target operating models.
This is a hybrid working role (3 days a week on site), based at their central Bristol office.
The role
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Contributing to the development of target operating models
- Capturing 'as-is' and 'to-be' requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements
- Liaising with a range of senior business stakeholders and suppliers
- Supporting vendor selection processes where required
- Business case design
- Understanding and documenting business and project requests
- Supporting the creation of business, project, and user documentation
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- A proven track record of working as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst
- Proven experience working on CRM implementation or transformation initiatives (in particular, discovery and business case creation) is essential
- Experience working as part of an international organisation, ideally within a professional services environment
- Experience creating target operating models
- Excellent senior stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
- Experience of the end-to-end project life cycle with strong knowledge of Business Analysis tools and skill sets (requirements gathering, solution development, process/workflow mapping and embedding of associated benefits)
- Experience using Microsoft tools to capture and analyse requirements
- Experience working across complex projects and programmes
- A business analysis qualification (BCS or similar) would be an advantage
