Job Description

Role: Senior Business Analyst - AI, Data and Digital Logistics

Location: London, Hybrid

Package: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity

Positioned at the intersection of logistics operations, technology, and AI, you will act as a true catalyst for change across a leading global 3PL enterprise. Moving beyond traditional BA duties, you will sit at the core of Client Integration, Portal Development, and Data Analytics. You'll identify automation opportunities, harness predictive analytics, and design AI-augmented workflows to modernize complex, data-intensive supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven AI and Digital Innovation: Champion AI/ML, RPA, and process mining across operational programs. Collaborate directly with data engineering teams to define data pipelines for AI/ML models, design augmented workflows, oversee PoCs, and drive low-code self-service tooling (Power Platform).
  • Business Analysis and Data Modeling: Elicit requirements, conduct root-cause analyses, and translate complex operational needs into user stories, technical specifications, and structured data models for Agile delivery teams.
  • Client Integration and Portal Optimization: Drive the integration of external-facing B2B and B2C client portals, ensuring seamless data visibility and robust middleware connections across complex supply chain networks.
  • Analytics and Stakeholder Management: Design actionable Power BI and Tableau dashboards for senior leadership, build compelling business cases for digital initiatives, and act as the primary liaison between commercial business owners and technical teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
