Senior Business Analyst at SkyCell

As a Senior Business Analyst at SkyCell, you'll work closely with business teams, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to analyse, improve, and automate processes. You'll translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions, helping shape our products, support quality, and improve how we deliver technology across the global pharmaceutical supply chain.

📍 Location: We are open to candidates based anywhere within the UK, Spain, Poland, and Romania, with remote working available within these countries.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to analyse, improve, and automate company processes
  • Elicit, gather, and document requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications
  • Develop and maintain user stories, use cases, process flows, and activity diagrams to support shared understanding
  • Assess the business impact of technical decisions and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with Product and technical teams to shape the product roadmap and prioritise features
  • Provide guidance and clarification to development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Support quality assurance by reviewing test cases and contributing to validation activities
  • Contribute to testing strategies, including automation and non-functional requirements
  • Coordinate the triage of incoming requests, bugs, and improvement opportunities
  • Investigate technical issues and resolve cross-functional blockers where required
  • Manage projects with defined milestones and deliverables, communicating progress, dependencies, and risks clearly
  • Create documentation and training materials to support end users in adopting new functionality

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, with experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or a related role
  • Experience gathering and translating requirements into clear functional specifications, with knowledge of process modelling techniques such as BPMN or UML
  • Experience working with technical teams and understanding system-level impacts, including integrations, APIs, and data flows
  • Ability to analyse complex problems, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and communicate technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, managing backlogs, and collaborating across functions. Knowledge of Jira/Confluence and experience with product ownership, product strategy, or relevant professional certification are an advantage
