What You Bring:
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst working on finance-related projects such as regulatory reporting or financial data management.
- Proven ability to analyse large datasets using AI tools or advanced analytics techniques to generate actionable insights for business improvement.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling you to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
- A naturally curious mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and building expertise in emerging areas such as artificial intelligence.
- Outcome-focused approach that prioritises solving problems over documenting them, bringing recommendations rather than just observations.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations with the ability to create clarity from complexity through thoughtful questioning.
