Business Analyst – Change Management | Private Credit | Outside IR35

Location: London (3 days per week onsite, no flexibility)

I'm working with a leading financial services organisation on a high-profile business transformation programme and am seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a number of strategic change initiatives.

This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, offering a day rate of up to £650 per day Outside IR35.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partnering with senior business stakeholders to define and shape requirements for critical transformation initiatives
  • Conducting end-to-end impact assessments, gap analysis and dependency mapping across complex programmes
  • Gathering, documenting and managing business requirements, acceptance criteria and testing scenarios
  • Working across business, technology and third-party teams to drive successful change delivery
  • Translating complex information into clear and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders

Essential experience:

  • 12+ years' Business Analysis experience within financial services
  • Private Credit experience is essential
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale business and technology change programmes
  • Experience working within mid-to-large financial organisations
  • Strong experience supporting cross-functional, multi-workstream transformation programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working on data-centric initiatives would be highly advantageous
