The Role and Deliverables
- Review, challenge, and improve existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimised solutions.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, user stories, and use cases using tools such as Confluence.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architects, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
- Define and support testing activities, including test strategy creation, test case development, solution validation, and defect analysis.
- Document business processes using modelling tools and contribute to maintaining enterprise process repositories.
- Support project delivery through stakeholder engagement, risk identification, knowledge transfer, and project closure activities.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and functional specification documentation.
- Proven ability to assess and improve complex business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technical audiences.
- Experience working closely with solution architects, software development teams, and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid software delivery environments.
- Experience supporting test planning, test case creation, validation activities, and defect resolution.
- Knowledge of business case preparation, process modelling, and delivery coordination.
- Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken.
