Senior Business Analyst | Front Office Investment Technology | Asset Management | London

Our client, a leading asset management firm, is hiring a Senior Business Analyst — Front Office for its Investment Technology function. You'll own analysis and change management across the firm's OMS/EMS (Thinkfolio or equivalent) and IBOR/PMS (SimCorp Dimension or equivalent) platforms, working closely with Portfolio Managers, Dealers, Risk and Compliance across emerging markets fixed income, FX and multi-asset strategies.

What you'll do:

  • Gather and document requirements from Front Office stakeholders; own functional specs, workflow diagrams and UAT.
  • Act as BA/product owner across the OMS/EMS and IBOR/PMS estate — order generation, compliance checks, execution, allocation and position reconciliation.
  • Apply knowledge of Forward FX, interest rate swaps, CDS, bonds and repo to ensure workflows and analytics (yield, duration, DV01, NPV) are correct.
  • Analyse data flows across OMS, PMS/IBOR, market data and downstream systems; resolve data quality issues.
  • Prepare change papers and committee packs for Investment Technology Steering/CAB; support vendor relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-assisted automation in front office workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
