Join us as a Senior Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract, where you’ll work on high-complexity, business-critical projects that shape how our clients operate. You’ll be part of a collaborative, expert Business Analysis community known for its supportive culture, shared knowledge, and commitment to best practice.

You’ll generally work remotely but may need to travel occasionally for client meetings or project needs. This role requires you to hold SC clearance before you can start.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading user requirements elicitation, translating insights into epics, features, user stories, and clear roadmaps.
- Facilitating workshops and discovery activities to shape problem statements, validate assumptions, and define future-state processes.
- Producing high-quality BA artefacts including process maps (using Business Process Model Notation or Unified Modeling Language), service design outputs, as-is/to-be analysis, and acceptance criteria.
- Managing and refining backlogs, ensuring requirements are prioritized, understood, and ready for delivery.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and effective engagement throughout each project.
- Applying Agile or Waterfall approaches as appropriate, ensuring assignments are delivered to agreed time, quality, and financial measures.

What you’ll bring:
- Current SC clearance, or eligibility to obtain it.
- Significant experience working as a Senior Business Analyst in large or complex environments.
- Strong experience in requirements engineering, including elicitation, user stories (using INVEST principles), and definition of acceptance criteria.
- Practical experience using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps for requirements management.
- Solid ability to produce process models, data analysis, options evaluations, and structured documentation.
- A good understanding of IT systems and software development practices to bridge technical and business needs.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience working within government or public-sector environments.
- Familiarity with broader BA toolsets, such as wireframing or prototyping tools, to support early-stage solution definition.
- Experience using collaborative platforms (for example, Miro or virtual workshop tools) during elicitation and engagement activities.
