Senior Business Analyst - HR Transformation
Contract: 6-month rolling
Location: Reading, Berkshire, UK
Work Model: Hybrid
Rate: £550 - 575
The Opportunity
Join a global HR Transformation programme as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting the design and delivery of new HR capabilities across Learning, Talent and Core HR. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a major transformation, including the rollout of a new enterprise Learning platform such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors Learning or Workday Learning.

Responsibilities
- Capture, analyse and document end-to-end HR requirements across Learning, Talent and Core HR.
- Lead as-is and to-be process mapping, aligned with global HR design principles.
- Support the implementation of a new Learning platform, covering requirements, processes and integration considerations.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions with global and local HR teams, SMEs and transformation partners.
- Produce clear requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria and traceability documentation while identifying risks and dependencies.
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering analysis within HR change or transformation programmes.
- Experience contributing to at least one major HR Transformation project.
- Hands-on experience with Learning platform implementations such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors Learning or Workday Learning is highly desirable.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience, ideally supported by a Business Analysis qualification/certification.
