Ready to step into a high-impact consulting role where your analysis drives real transformation? We’re hiring multiple Senior Business Analysts (Senior Consultants) to join a high-performing team delivering strategic change across a range of industries.

What you’ll have the opportunity to do as a Senior Business Analyst

  • Supporting large-scale business and transformation programmes across a variety of client engagements
  • Working closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
  • Conducting detailed AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitating workshops and interviews to drive alignment across business and technical teams
  • Producing high-quality documentation including functional specs, user stories, and process flows
  • Supporting delivery across the full project lifecycle, including UAT and change initiatives
  • Contributing to proposals, RFPs, and wider consulting activities

About the Candidate

The right Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • 5+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within a consulting environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across business and technology teams
  • Proven experience working across transformation or change programmes
  • Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
