We're Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Insurance / Finance Domain

Location: London / Hybrid - 2 days

Role: Senior Business Analyst – Insurance / Finance

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Finance and Insurance domain expertise to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Finance transformation, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, and Business Analysis, with the ability to drive process improvements and deliver enterprise-scale finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and enhance Accounts Receivable (AR) and Finance business processes.
  • Drive Premium Invoicing, Cash Allocation, Broker Collections, Credit Control, and Reconciliation processes.
  • Define workflows for payment matching, suspense account handling, and underwriting system reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to improve AR reporting, DSO, collections, and revenue leakage prevention.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Define AR dashboards, KPIs, and financial reports.
  • Work with Data and Reporting teams to ensure data quality, lineage, and system integrations.
  • Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Support Finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Work within Agile delivery teams using JIRA and Confluence.

Required Experience:

  • 12+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • 10+ years of Finance Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience with Finance Transformation and Process Improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience in Regulatory and Compliance reporting.
  • Experience in Credit Control, Digital Payments, and Financial Reconciliation.
