Help Build the Next Generation of AI for Commercial Insurance
Are you an exceptional Business Analyst looking for the opportunity to shape an AI-driven product from an early stage? Our client is an exciting UK Insurtech start-up developing innovative AI technology for the Commercial Insurance market. Whilst enjoying the pace, innovation and influence that comes with a growing business, you’ll also benefit from the security and long-term investment of a highly successful European Insurance Group. This is a rare opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth, where your ideas will genuinely influence the direction of the product and the business.
The Role
Working closely with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders, you’ll translate complex business challenges into innovative software solutions that deliver real value to Commercial Insurance Brokers. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll be encouraged to challenge thinking, solve difficult problems, and take ownership of delivery rather than simply gathering requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
