Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and prioritize business and functional requirements primarily in London Markets space
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder meetings to identify business needs and define solution scope.
  • Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), user stories, process flows, and use cases
  • Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend optimized future-state processes.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure the proposed solution meets business requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, product owners, and project teams while ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Define test scenarios, review test results, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and operational efficiencies that deliver business value.

Your Profile

  • 8 to 10 years of Business Analysis Experience with London Market knowledge and expertise.
  • Proven experience leading business analysis activities across complex transformation programmes, with the ability to define business problems, shape outcomes, and deliver business value.
  • Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills, including documenting, managing, and prioritizing functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business leaders, sponsors, project teams, and third-party suppliers.
  • Ability to evaluate solution options, develop business cases, assess risks and impacts, and provide clear recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, process modelling), ensuring solutions align with business needs and governance standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with knowledge of Financial Services and a track record of delivering cost-effective business solutions.
