Senior ServiceNow Business Analysts
Contract (Inside IR35) or Permanent
We're working with a leading ServiceNow consultancy that is experiencing significant growth and looking to recruit multiple Senior ServiceNow Business Analysts to support a pipeline of exciting transformation programmes across major UK and international banking clients.
With several projects due to commence over the coming months, we're looking for experienced, hands-on ServiceNow Business Analysts who can take ownership of their workstreams, engage confidently with senior stakeholders and deliver complex enterprise implementations.
The Opportunity
You'll be working on large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes within financial services, collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects and developers to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
We're recruiting across several projects, so you don't need experience across every ServiceNow module. We're particularly interested in candidates with strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:

- ITSM: IT Service Management, Service Catalogue and Service Portal
- ITAM / HAM: IT Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management
- ITOM: IT Operations Management
Experience across multiple areas would be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with ServiceNow Architects, Developers and Product Owners throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct As-Is and To-Be process mapping, gap analysis and solution design workshops.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and navigate complex, sometimes challenging business environments.
- Support backlog refinement, testing, UAT and successful solution delivery.
- Take ownership of BA deliverables, working independently across complex transformation programmes.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one of ITSM, Service Catalogue, Service Portal, ITAM/HAM or ITOM.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow transformation projects.
- Excellent requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, self-managing approach with the confidence to take ownership and drive delivery.
- Experience working within financial services or banking environments would be highly desirable.
- Previous experience working for a ServiceNow consultancy or implementation partner would be advantageous.
- ServiceNow certifications would be beneficial.
