About The Role

Informal Queries

For informal queries about the role, please contact Pete Hampshire, Recruitment Manager, at Pete.Hampshire@warwick.ac.uk.

As a Senior Business Analyst within the Information and Digital Group (IDG), you will play a key role in delivering the University of Warwick’s Online Programme Management (OPM) initiative, a major transformation supporting the University’s online learning strategy and the development of high-quality digital education.

Working at the forefront of early-stage programme delivery, you will translate strategic intent into clear, actionable requirements, helping to shape solutions and lay the foundations for sustainable change. You will lead Discovery activities to define business needs, map current and future states, and provide evidence-based recommendations to inform decision-making across a complex and evolving landscape.

Operating as part of a programme team, across multiple workstreams, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, academic departments, and professional services to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to a high-profile transformation programme.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how online and digital education is designed and delivered at Warwick, particularly suited to individuals who thrive in ambiguity and can operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
