As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work closely with teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring technology solutions meet organisational needs. Your role will be key in enabling smooth delivery of projects and driving efficiency.

Description
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify project goals and deliverables.
- Support the testing and validation of implemented systems.
- Provide clear and concise documentation for all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams.

Profile
A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex ERP implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong ERP experience, ideally working with both HR and Finance systems, although experience in either domain will also be considered.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Strong process mapping and business process improvement experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience supporting project delivery, testing, change management, and user adoption activities.
- A methodical, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working within complex organisational environments, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Job Offer
- Salary of up to £52,000.
