Job Title: Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager
Department Group: WBD Technology – Business Tech & Workplace Solutions WBSF

Location: Hybrid (On-site at Warner Bros. Studios London)
Reports to: Manager, Product Delivery Operations
Team Overview
Global Experiences Technology (GXT) are part of the Warner Bros. Discovery Technology group and are responsible for the tech needed to run physical operations, globally for Tours and Experiences.
Role Overview
As Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager for GXT, they will play an important role in the success of the teams. They will be an expert in the business process as well as the systems and technology, spearheading technical analysis and functional analysis for complex global technology solutions.
This position should lead and be fully accountable for small projects and key project deliverables, using strong technical and analytical skills to ensure solid design and test, and structured project management approach to ensure a smooth implementation.
Excellent engagement skills are mandatory for leading and advising other project team members, and building strong cooperation with other technology teams. And most importantly, excellent Business-Partner relationship management skills ensuring credible and reliable communication and delivery for the business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering, Process Mapping, Capability Modelling, Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, Business Process Transformation, and Change Management.
- Leading design relating to the application, data interface, and deployment + roll back approach.
- Responsible for the end to end testing including planning the testing phases, ensuring all testing elements are considered and incorporated, building business scenarios for testing, reviewing test plans and ensuring the appropriate end-user acceptance testing is obtained.
- Management of vendors to ensure their deliverables meet business requirements, users are trained adequately, and support inputs like data uploads and new business processes.
- Liaise with internal & external technology teams, to ensure agreed business system features are properly implemented.
- Engage directly with business stakeholders at all levels, presenting concepts in professional presentations as well as providing project status updates, and discussing risk and issues with credibility.
- Champion business change in alignment to project strategy, to enable high solution adoption. Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to project road-mapping.
- Maintain excellent stakeholder management skills and sustainment of outstanding business partner relationships.

Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar role, with experience understanding and analysing stakeholder requirements and business strategy, and translating these into comprehensive system designs.
- Proven experience delivering project workstreams or small projects using industry-standard project management principles, including ownership of deliverables, project planning, documentation and coordination of project resources.
- Strong technical background, particularly across business applications and SaaS solutions, with the ability to support requirements analysis, system design, testing activities, basic configuration and troubleshooting. Ability to review technical deliverables, challenge appropriately and ensure high-quality delivery across technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders. Ability to communicate complex information clearly through documentation, diagrams and presentations.
- Strong team orientation, with experience directing project resources, supporting and coaching junior team members, and collaborating effectively with technical and business teams across multiple functions.
- Flexibility to work between central London project delivery locations and Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden, with occasional remote working. Willingness to support occasional cross-time-zone collaboration and critical project milestones, including out-of-hours support when required.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience as an IT Project Manager, or equivalent experience leading project workstreams and small-scale project delivery.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and SaaS solution providers.
- Experience working with consumer-facing technology solutions.
- Experience with: Payments and PCI, SAP integrations, ticketing and booking solutions, data and analytics systems and processes.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Business Analysis certifications or diplomas preferred.
- Project Management certifications or diplomas beneficial.
