Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst for the Pyrite Platform will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the governance and tracking of risks and issues within the global markets and derivatives space.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a comprehensive Business Requirements Document (BRD).
- Raise requirements as JIRA tickets and assist in drafting functional requirements based on BRDs.
- Confirm User Acceptance Testing (UAT) testers and create UAT scripts and plans.
- Organize and lead UAT sessions while obtaining sign-offs.
- Manage onboarding plans for new users, including training and access rights.
- Support ongoing operations within the Pyrite platform, including monitoring user queries and raising issues as needed.
- Participate in future planning efforts for the platform, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Key Requirements
- Hands-on global markets and derivatives experience.
- Proven experience with project governance, risk tracking, and requirements documentation.
- Proficiency in JIRA and experience with functional requirements.
- Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
