Senior Business Analyst

Are you passionate about driving organisational change, improving business processes, and helping organisations unlock the value of their data?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the design, implementation and adoption of business process and data improvements across a diverse and evolving organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by enhancing operational efficiency, improving data quality, and enabling better decision-making across the business.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead organisation-wide process improvement and transformation initiatives, helping to translate strategic objectives into practical, sustainable ways of working.
Working closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions, you will identify opportunities for improvement, optimise business processes, improve the quality and use of data, and support the successful delivery of change. You will also help leverage technologies such as automation and AI to drive greater efficiency and consistency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process improvement and organisational change initiatives.
- Analyse, document and optimise business processes and procedures.
- Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, consistency and data quality.
- Develop business cases to support change and transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops and requirements gathering activities.
- Collaborate on the implementation of automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Establish governance, process documentation standards and repositories.
- Design and deliver change adoption, training and communication plans.
- Provide expert guidance to senior leaders on process, data and operational improvement priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable business change.
About You
You'll be an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering business change and embedding new ways of working.
Essential
- Degree in Business, IT, Property Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience delivering business change and transformation initiatives.
- Proven success in leading business process and data improvement projects.
- Strong analytical, process mapping and optimisation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing abilities.
- High levels of IT and data literacy.

Desirable
- ITIL certification.
- Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement qualifications.
- Automation, AI or project management certifications.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Visio and Power Platform.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
