Senior Business Analyst – Marketing & Digital Transformation
Oliver Walters has partnered with a UK based organisation undergoing a significant Marketing & Digital Transformation programme.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in transforming how the business attracts, engages and supports customers through improved processes, digital platforms and data-driven decision making.
Partnering with Marketing, Digital, CRM, OPS and Technology teams, you'll act as the link between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring solutions deliver real commercial value and an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to capture business needs.
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Map current and future-state business processes, customer journeys and data flows.
- Identify opportunities to optimise marketing operations, CRM and digital platforms.
- Translate business challenges into clear, actionable requirements and recommendations.
- Collaborate with project and technology teams to deliver successful transformation outcomes.
- Support solution design, testing and business readiness across multiple initiatives.

To be considered you'll bring:
- Proven Business Analyst experience within digital transformation, technology or business change.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience mapping business processes, customer journeys and workflows.
- Experience working with Marketing, CRM, Customer Experience, Digital or MarTech environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
