Proven expertise:
- In Investment or Wealth operating models including client journeys, products, clients, and applicable regulation gained through hands-on experience.
- Delivering large-scale business or platform transformation programmes within the Wealth or Asset Management industry.
- Defining future-state business processes and operating models that align with strategic goals.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Aladdin, Temenos, Avaloq, or similar systems would be advantageous.
- Applying AI and automation tools to improve productivity and enhance deliverable quality throughout the business analysis lifecycle.
- Comprehensive knowledge of core business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
- Designing and implementing organisational or technology change within multidisciplinary teams using Agile or Waterfall frameworks.
