A leading global investment manager is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their strategic transformation programme

  • Clear communication skills to ensure alignment across teams.

Proven expertise:

  • In Investment or Wealth operating models including client journeys, products, clients, and applicable regulation gained through hands-on experience.
  • Delivering large-scale business or platform transformation programmes within the Wealth or Asset Management industry.
  • Defining future-state business processes and operating models that align with strategic goals.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Aladdin, Temenos, Avaloq, or similar systems would be advantageous.
  • Applying AI and automation tools to improve productivity and enhance deliverable quality throughout the business analysis lifecycle.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of core business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
  • Designing and implementing organisational or technology change within multidisciplinary teams using Agile or Waterfall frameworks.
