Senior Business Analyst - London/Hybrid - Permanent - £60,000 - £80,000 base + bonus + benefits
My client, a leading global financial services organisation is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support high-profile business transformation and strategic change initiatives.
This is a business-facing role with a strong focus on M&A integration, operating model design, and end-to-end business change. We're looking for someone who understands how businesses operate and can help shape, document, and deliver meaningful organisational change.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting business transformation and M&A integration programmes
- Defining Target Operating Models (TOMs) and future-state processes
- Mapping current and future state business processes
- Gathering and documenting business requirements and gap analyses
- Facilitating workshops with business and technology stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services
- A strong background in business transformation and organisational change
- Excellent process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
- Exposure in M&A or business integration projects is highly desirable
