Senior Business Analyst – London/Hybrid – £70,000 - £80,000 base + package - Permanent

Our client, a Professional Services firm is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Technology & Data team, supporting complex, high-profile and business-critical Data & AI projects.

The role will work across Product, Change and Technology, partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Key Business Analysis across full project and product lifecycles with a specific focus on their Data & AI portfolio
  • Working with senior stakeholders, Product Owners and technical teams to define scope and requirements
  • Leading workshops, requirements discovery and process mapping
  • Translating business needs into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Supporting Agile and Waterfall delivery, including UAT and testing

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst ideally within the Professional Services industry
  • Strong experience across requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvement
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good technical and data literacy, with the ability to work confidently with technical teams
  • Understanding and motivation to work on their AI portfolio
