Senior Business Analyst - UK Change Execution HBUK COO

About the Role
In this fantastic role, you’ll shape strategic priorities into practical, customer-focused outcomes across the UK Bank. You’ll work with senior leaders and delivery partners, influence investment and roadmaps, coach talented analysts and help embed better ways of working.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex business analysis across multiple sub-value streams, customer journeys and change initiatives
- Shape and prioritise change demand, including challenging benefits hypotheses, sizing impacts and maintaining capability roadmaps
- Support strategic planning and investment decisions, including product vision, proposition discovery, business cases, KPIs/OKRs and benefits tracking
- Lead and develop analysis capability, coaching analysts across Agile and Waterfall environments and improving standards, templates and frameworks
- Manage stakeholders, delivery risk and resources, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring change is delivered safely, collaboratively and in line with HSBC controls

Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills:
- Significant business analysis and consulting experience, including advanced requirements gathering, design and problem-solving techniques
- Strong experience delivering change across areas such as operations, branches, contact centres, technology or head office
- Strategic change and business case expertise, including benefits realisation, capability roadmaps, process re-engineering and implementation planning
- Exceptional stakeholder leadership, with the ability to influence senior sponsors, facilitate difficult discussions, negotiate and build engagement across business and delivery partners
- People and resource leadership, including coaching analysts, managing remotely located teams, allocating skills effectively and uplifting departmental capability
