Role Overview: Senior Business Analyst
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping and prioritising change across our Auction and Software businesses, working on initiatives spanning AI, automation, business applications, and process improvement.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll build a clear understanding of operational challenges, processes, and priorities and turn these into well-defined opportunities for change. You’ll lead discovery and analysis, helping us focus on the initiatives that will deliver the greatest business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Group Solutions to shape, assess, and prioritise change across our Auction and Software businesses.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Turn business problems and ideas into clearly defined requirements and outcomes.
- Lead discovery, process analysis, and requirements gathering for prioritised initiatives.
- Challenge existing processes and proposed solutions to make sure we’re solving the right problems.
- Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and technology to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
- Use business and operational data to support recommendations and decision-making.
- Work across business, Product, and Technology teams to shape initiatives ready for delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst within a complex organisation.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation and technology change across multiple teams.
- Strong experience across discovery, process analysis, requirements definition, and implementation.
- Experience identifying and delivering automation and/or AI-enabled solutions that improve business operations.
- Strong operational experience within contact centres or other high-volume environments.
- Experience within the property sector, ideally estate agency, property sales, or the residential property journey.
- Experience shaping and prioritising change based on business value, impact, and strategic priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge at all levels.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to turn complex problems into practical solutions.

Desirable
- Experience within property auctions, PropTech, or Modern Method of Auction.
- Experience working across both operational and software businesses.
- Knowledge of contact centre technology, CRM, SaaS platforms, or digital products.
- Experience with generative or conversational AI and intelligent automation.
- Experience developing business cases, value assessments, or benefits-realisation plans.
- Experience working within Agile or product-led technology environments.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
