Senior Business Analyst - Data, AI & Digital Products, London - Hybrid £70-£80k

Fuse are supporting a leading global professional services organisation in their search for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering data, AI and digital transformation initiatives across an international business.

This is not a traditional process focused BA role. You'll sit at the heart of complex transformation programmes, working with senior stakeholders, product teams, data engineers, architects and data scientists to shape solutions that drive business value. You'll be responsible for translating complex and often ambiguous business challenges into clear, deliverable requirements and product backlogs. Working across data, analytics, AI, automation and digital products, you'll help bridge the gap between business strategy and technical delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading discovery workshops and requirements gathering activities
  • Managing and refining Agile backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps
  • Working closely with Product Owners, architects, engineers and data teams
  • Supporting the delivery of data-driven and AI-enabled products
  • Facilitating complex stakeholder discussions across senior business and technical audiences
  • Producing process maps, functional and non-functional requirements and ensuring full traceability throughout delivery
  • Supporting UAT, testing activities and successful business adoption
  • Mentoring junior team members and championing best practice Business Analysis across the organisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
