Position overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with NetSuite experience to support the analysis, optimization, and evolution of business processes and systems. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technical specialists to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of business initiatives.

You will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology capabilities, with a strong focus on NetSuite-based processes, system enhancements, integrations, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Helping to oversee the design, manufacturing, and planning of product marketing and promotion strategies
  • Providing management with analyses and reports, and responding to questions and requests from management
  • Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine customers' needs and preferences
  • Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules to maintain product availability

Requirements

  • 4+ years of business analysis or related experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with software products
  • 2+ years of experience with NetSuite
  • Understanding of business operations, purchasing, inventory management, planning, and finance is preferred
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
  • Experience managing a team backlog, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating that customer needs are met
  • Project management and business analysis skills
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Agile processes and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Jira
